Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of our store and any order you place with us. By shopping with hyCane, you agree to them. Plain and simple — just like the drink.

Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy; we accept it when we email your confirmation. If something is out of stock or mispriced, we may decline and refund you in full.

Pricing & delivery

Prices include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free over £25, otherwise charged at checkout. We deliver across mainland UK; estimated times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Returns & refunds

Perishable drinks can't be returned once delivered, but if anything arrives damaged, short or not as described, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or resell our products without a wholesale agreement.

Liability

We stand behind our products, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
