Your name, delivery address, email and order history when you buy; payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers); and basic analytics about how you use our site.

Why we collect it

To take and deliver your orders, send order updates, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send you cold cane news and offers. We also use aggregate analytics to improve the shop.

Who we share it with

Only the partners who help us run hyCane: our delivery couriers, our payment processor, and our email provider. We never sell your data to anyone, ever.

We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, plus optional analytics cookies you can manage at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires for tax and accounting (typically six years for order records).
